Corporate Dream for Western Reserve Grace Church

Dream:

Local: To become a church of 3000-5000 people through regional campus ministry. My dream is to see the Macedonia campus become ten percent of its local community (3,000) with vibrant daughter campuses.

Global: Focused ministry in Southeast Asia through rescuing orphans, seeking out the underprivileged and overlooked, believing that God can change the world through Western Reserve Grace Church.

3-5 Year Plan (Phase 1):

- Reach 1200-1500 in attendance
- Build 2^nd Orphanage in Cambodia
- Build and move into new space to accommodate and prepare for growth
- Launch first campus

5-10 Year Plan (Phase 2)

- Launch 2^nd Campus
- Build 3^rd Orphanage in Cambodia
- Build any additions needed
- Reach 1500-2000 on Macedonia Campus
- Develop plan to help churches become focused and effective locally and globally

15 Year Plan (Phase 4)

- Launch 3^rd Campus
- Build 4^th Orphanage in Cambodia
- Reach 2000-2500 on Macedonia Campus

20 Year Plan (Phase 5)

- Launch 4^th Campus
- Build 5^th Orphanage in Cambodia
- Reach 2500 to 3000 on Macedonia Campus
