Josh Allen is the Worship Pastor at Western Reserve. Prior to joining Western Reserve he was a staff Pastor at two churches in Ohio working in worship and youth, and in addition was worship leader at Catalyst Church. He holds a B.A. in Religion/Psychology from MVNU, and a Master of Divinity and a Master of Practical Theology from Ashland Theological Seminary (what a nerd).  Two years of his M.A.P.T. education were spent in clinical counseling training through EMERGE Ministries.   Josh and his wife Jen have been married for 6 years and love their life. Their desire is to be a part of a movement- where there are people meeting Jesus, transformed lives, and people connecting with God.

Josh would want you to know that Jesus has saved his life, and he’s all about Jesus and His Word, and people. He doesn’t deserve to be where he’s at; he has seen God move in huge ways in his life. He has a tattoo that reads “Ephraim,” meaning: “God has made me fruitful in the land of my trouble.” He loves Jesus, his wife, and the Browns.

Josh wishes he was as good looking as Pastor Jason; but that’s obviously not the case.
