Jennifer Hay is our Director of Administration and has been on staff since May 2011.  She resides in Macedonia, OH with her husband Kevin and their daughter, Emily who was born in December 2009.  Jennifer was born in Canada and lived there until she was 14.  She completed High School in Michigan and then moved on to Cleveland, OH to pursue an opportunity to play Volleyball for Notre Dame College of Ohio.  Jennifer attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management in 2005.  Since that time, she has worked in the Human Resources field in the pharmaceutical, biomedical and electrical industries.  In addition, Jennifer achieved her MBA (Masters of Business Administration) in 2010 from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Jennifer loves serving the Lord through her role and hopes to assist her Western Reserve family in any way possible.  Her favorite verse is Proverbs 3:5-6.

She has a shrine of pictures of Kevin on her office wall. He is one good-looking-six-foot-four-bearded-Irishman. She’s also susceptible to the dog jaw.
